Monday 9/14 – No Vendor Hall Activities
- Pre-Conference Day for attendees
- 5K Race at 6 p.m. offsite
Tuesday 9/15 – Vendor Hall Opens
- Industry Partners can begin set-up at 1 p.m.
- Exclusive vendor/executive time from 3-4:30 p.m.
- Vendor Hall will be open for everyone from 4:30-5:30 p.m.
- Happy Hour in Hotel Lobby 5:30-6:30 p.m.
- 6:30 p.m. Welcome banquet and entertainment. Industry partners are encouraged to attend
Wednesday 9/16 – Vendor Hall Morning & Lunch
- Exclusive vendor time in the morning from 9-noon, no breakout sessions until after lunch to encourage traffic to the vendor hall
- Lunch noon-1 p.m. where you can eat with customers
- Tear down after lunch at 1 p.m.
Thursday 9/17- No Vendor Hall Activities
- Breakout sessions and closing lunch for attendees
- Breakout sessions and closing lunch for attendees
