Supervisor of the Year Award
The Supervisor of the Year Award is presented annually at the Indiana 911 Professionals Conference to recognize an outstanding 911 supervisor who has demonstrated exceptional leadership, commitment, and support within their center. This award honors a supervisor who consistently goes above and beyond in managing daily operations, mentoring and developing staff, and helping maintain high standards of performance and morale among telecommunicators. Recipients are typically chosen for their ability to lead by example, handle challenging situations with professionalism, foster teamwork, encourage professional growth, and make meaningful contributions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their center. Being named Supervisor of the Year highlights the nominee’s dedication to both their team and the community they serve, celebrating excellence in frontline supervision in emergency communications.
